Second, I am officially committing to Project 10 Pan. For those who don't know, Project 10 Pan was first done by the lovely blogger lollipop26. You have to use up 10 of your makeup products completely (or to the pan if there is one) before you can buy any new makeup.

I've been thinking about doing this, but there are too many awesome spring collections out to do this. I'd have to do it in the fall or winter when the collections are too blah for me!
